a picture of me last year and a picture of me now and how i've changed:
this is me last year.. (well technically this was 09, but right at the end) i chose it because it showcases pretty well how heavy i let myself stay after i had noah.. he's already almost 6 months old in this picture and i'm obviously still packing the pounds. soon after this i decided it was time but i totally didnt take is seriously.. so while i lost about 15 lbs on my own i still didn't exercise the way i should have. 3 months ago i started a workout class for the post baby body of moms.. its called body back and i was a member of the first rancho cucamonga class. so the next picture is 2 in 1.. the before was taken january 18th the after march 10th
I am taking the class for the second time, we just started this morning. I am going to keep doing body back until i get pregnant again at which point i will switch my membership to stroller strides to maintain fitness and control weight gain this time around!
